Hi,

I bought heatseek when it was just released (a few years ago) but didn't really like it. Recently I remembered it and I must say: it has definitly been improved.

One feature I really miss though: tags.

For example, say you have a family vacation picture in HeatSeek (yeah right), I currently could for example have such a picture in "Family pictures/Vacations/Greece 2008/Somename.jpeg". This, an sich, works. It is not ideal however. I'd rather have such a picture stay in the same directory, but also have "tags". In this case that could be for example: "Family, Vacation, Greece, 2008, Emma, John, Restaurant, Smiling".

Then, if "all" (or a lot of) pictures are tagged, you could for example search for the tag "vacation" to see all vacation pictures, "Greece Family" to see all the Family pictures taken in Greece etc. etc. To conclude: big possibilities.

Has such a feature even got a chance of being implemented in HeatSeek?

Also (especially when upgrading or installing brand-new) an "auto-tagger" would be a nice feature. This does not have to be extensive, simply convert Folder names to tags and "Give all files from this folder the following tags" would be enough and a big help.
